We are seeking two consultants for the Wellbeing and Retention Team in HR. The focus is on competency development and further education in the Greenlandic healthcare system. Tasks include planning and coordinating course activities, processing course applications, and coordination tasks. We are looking for two consultants for the Well-being and Retention Team in HR:

One consultant in a permanent position
-
One consultant in a 6-month temporary position
Both positions focus on competence development and further education, and the tasks will largely be similar. The specific portfolio of tasks can be adjusted according to the type of employment and your skills.
About the positions
As a consultant, you will play a central role in planning and coordinating course and continuing education activities in the Greenlandic Health Service.
Your tasks will include, among other things:

Planning, coordination, and ongoing updates of the course calendar and annual wheel

Organization of courses, conferences, and meetings, including the preparation of course descriptions, budgets, registration, and venue booking.

Processing of course applications and internship requests

Contact person regarding students' clinical placements at Queen Ingrid's Hospital

Facilitator and coordination tasks in working and steering groups within competence development
-
Reference tasks
-
Preparation and updating of guidelines and instructions in the internal D4 system.

Ongoing contributions to the development of the competency area in collaboration with colleagues and management.

Housing is allocated according to the rules applicable in the Greenlandic Health Service at any given time.
Salary and employment
Salary and employment conditions, including the right to relocation and moving expenses upon hiring and termination, in accordance with the agreement/collective agreement in force at the time of commencement between the Government of Greenland and the relevant negotiating organization.
Citizenship
If you are not a Nordic citizen, please note that employment is conditional on a valid residence and work permit. A residence and work permit can only be applied for upon agreed employment.
