We are looking for an interpreter manager for Aasiaat Hospital who has experience as an interpreter and a leader. Responsibilities include daily management of the health center's units, bookkeeping, payroll preparation, and patient transport. You will work in a team with mutual understanding of the hospital's needs. Start date is March 2, 2026, or by agreement.

The tasks include, among other things:

Management of the daily operations of the health center's administrative and operational units (kitchen, cleaning, laundry, technical department, and administration, shared email, etc.)

Ongoing bookkeeping of vouchers, invoices, bills, etc.

Ensure follow-up and reconciliation of various accounts in collaboration with Ilulissat and Nuuk.

Preparation of payroll for staff who are paid biweekly, as well as checking payroll payments for the monthly salaried staff.

Responsible for inventory and initiation of repairs on buildings, etc.

Organization of patient transport and accommodation

Ensure contact with the associated units in the villages.

The interpreter leader works directly under the operations manager at Aasiaat Regional Hospital.
