Greenland's largest vocational school is seeking an administration manager to contribute to the continued development of the school. The administration manager will have the opportunity to shape and strengthen the school's administrative foundation – both strategically and operationally. You will be part of the management team at KTI and will report directly to the principal while having personnel responsibility for the office manager in Sisimiut and the office manager in Nuuk.

Your main daily responsibilities are Budgeting and follow-up as well as reporting to the department

Reporting of activity accounts and teaching hour consumption to the Department

About KTI – Vocational School and Gymnasium
With many dedicated employees spread across Nuuk and Sisimiut, KTI covers a wide range of fields such as Iron & Metal, Construction & Civil Engineering, as well as Raw Materials. Our educational portfolio also includes language courses, GUX, e-GUX, and the popular North Atlantic high school classes. Employment conditions
The position is currently classified as corresponding to 36. The salary with fixed salary components and personal contributions to the pension in LR 36 amounts to DKK 57,531 monthly and DKK 690,372 annually as of April 1, 2026.
Employment will initially be on collective agreement terms, where applicants who are already civil servants under the civil service laws for public Greenland may be employed on civil service terms.
For the position, there is no maximum service time set, and the provisions regarding compensation for overtime and the provisions regarding compensation for lost days off do not apply; the working hours are initially 40 hours per week.
Salary and employment conditions, including the right to travel for joining and leaving, as well as relocation of personal belongings, in accordance with the collective agreement applicable at the time of commencement between the Government of Greenland and the relevant negotiating organization.
Housing
An unfurnished staff housing can be assigned for the position according to the applicable rules at any given time. Housing cannot be assigned to individuals who already have staff housing or another property owned by the municipality or the Government of Greenland. Rent and deposit are paid according to the applicable rules for the assigned housing. The staff housing is linked to the employment relationship and must be vacated upon termination of the employment relationship.
Rent and housing standards may vary depending on the age of the property, ownership conditions, etc. There may be a waiting period for the allocation of permanent staff housing, which is why temporary accommodation may occur, including in smaller housing communities or hotel apartments, for which taxation applies. It is not possible to keep larger pets, such as dogs or cats, in staff or temporary housing.
