The department's legal division is looking for a legal student assistant who would like to be part of our task-solving, which includes assessing legal issues from colleagues and citizens, resolving administrative law tasks, and participating in supervisory functions.
The position is a part-time position of about 10-15 hours per week, and the working hours can be adjusted in relation to teaching and exam periods. The position is also time-limited to the period during which the individual is a student in the law program.

About us
The Department of Health and Persons with Disabilities is the highest authority in the health sector. Our primary task is to provide the Naalakkersuisut (the Greenlandic government) with a solid basis for decision-making in the development of initiatives in the health sector that promote public health throughout Greenland. We are a diverse team of 20 people, including lawyers, health professional consultants, and interpreters, who highly value collaboration and professionalism. It is an advantage if you are interested in the health sector or have experience in this area. However, the most important thing is that you are curious to learn new things and are willing to collaborate.
Our legal department currently consists of a department head and a lawyer who has been associated with the ministry for several years. In the department, we value good collaboration and sparring on exciting legal issues.
Salary and employment conditions
Salary and employment conditions, including the right to travel for joining and leaving and moving household goods, in accordance with the agreement/collective agreement in force at the time of commencement between the Government of Greenland and the relevant negotiating organization.
Housing
No staff housing is provided for the position. If an applicant already has staff housing through employment in the Self-Government, the right to assigned staff housing is retained. The staff housing is linked to the employment relationship and must be vacated upon termination of the employment relationship.
