The Danish Agency for Digitization is seeking an engaged lawyer who can contribute to the development of the telecommunications and radio sector and ensure a strong foundation for both citizens, businesses, and the critical infrastructure of society. The position involves close collaboration with both the Government of Greenland, operators, and other key stakeholders.

About the Danish Energy Agency

The Danish Energy Agency consists of two departments: the Telecommunications Department, which oversees compliance with the telecommunications law and concessions, and the Radio Department, which manages the radio communications sector and allocates frequency licenses. Together, the departments work to ensure a stable, secure, and future-proof telecommunications and radio system in Greenland.

Salary and employment conditions

Salary and employment conditions, including the right to travel for joining and leaving, as well as moving expenses, in accordance with the agreement/collective agreement in effect at the time of commencement between the Government of Greenland and the relevant negotiating organization.

Housing

No staff housing is provided for the position. If an applicant already has staff housing through employment in the Self-Government, the right to the assigned staff housing is retained. The staff housing is linked to the employment relationship and must be vacated upon termination of the employment relationship.
