The Consumer and Competition Authority is seeking a lawyer for the Appeals Center. About the work
As an employee at the Appeal Center, you will be responsible for processing complaints and other administrative tasks. The Appeal Center consists of several administrative complaint bodies, including in the social area, which requires a high legal quality in the work with complaint cases. Additionally, the Appeal Center serves as the secretariat for the Housing Complaints Board, the Equal Treatment Board, and the Environmental and Nature Complaints Boards, so work in all areas should also be expected.
Qualification requirements
It is expected that you:
- Has a degree as a ba.jur. or cand.jur.
- Has knowledge of Public 360

- Has an in-depth knowledge of Greenlandic society

Salary and employment conditions
Salary and employment conditions, including the right to travel for joining and leaving, as well as relocation of personal belongings, in accordance with the agreement/collective agreement in force at the time of commencement between the Government of Greenland and the relevant negotiating organization.
For an applicant with the right documentable competencies, employment as a special consultant, chief consultant, or senior advisor can take place in accordance with the applicable agreement.
Housing
No staff housing is provided for the position. If an applicant already has staff housing through employment in the Self-Government, the right to assigned staff housing is retained. The staff housing is linked to the employment relationship and must be vacated upon termination of the employment relationship.
