The Neriusaaq nursing home is seeking a health assistant to provide residents with a safe and meaningful life. The position involves shift work and requires a health-promoting and rehabilitative approach. You will work in a multidisciplinary team and contribute to residents' care and health-related tasks.
If you want to provide residents with a safe and meaningful existence, there is now a vacant position as a health assistant starting on April 1, 2026, with varying shifts around the clock and every day of the week at the Neriusaaq Nursing Home.
About the Nursing Home Neriusaaq
Neriusaaq is a nursing home that was inaugurated in 2008, featuring bright and beautiful common areas as well as good rooms. The nursing home is divided into three departments and accommodates 43 residents with varying needs for care and support around the clock, as well as one respite care space.
We place great emphasis on creating a safe and homely environment without an institutional feel, where the collaboration with residents and their relatives is open, respectful, and trustworthy.
Everyday life at Neriusaaq is characterized by a focus on dignity, presence, and a good daily life for each resident, supported by shared values and goals that ensure continuous development.
As a health assistant at the Neriusaaq Nursing Home, you work based on a health-promoting and rehabilitative approach. You contribute to coherence and continuity in the residents' daily lives and carry out basic care and health-related tasks based on the residents' individual needs, wishes, and resources.
You participate in an interdisciplinary collaboration with colleagues and management and play an important role in creating safety, structure, and professional quality in daily work.

Salary and employment conditions:
Salary and employment conditions are in accordance with the current agreements between the Government of Greenland and SIK.
The position can be assigned to housing.
