The position is physically located at Queen Ingrid's Health Center in Nuuk (often referred to as the Medical Clinic).
The Health Region of Sermersooq consists of the Health Centers in Tasiilaq, Ittoqqortoormiit, Paamiut, and Nuuk.
The health region is led by the chief regional physician and the chief nurse. The regional operations manager reports directly to the regional management in a staff function.

We are looking for you who:

Has a basic education in administration and bookkeeping.

Has routine/experience from public or private administration
-
Possibly has a position as department head or private company.

Has knowledge of the daily operations of service areas such as porters/cleaning staff/building maintenance.

Can assess and analyze operational tasks

Creates development through independent work and in collaboration with others.
Work tasks:

Assist the regional management with financial management by preparing budgets and budget follow-up.

Salary follow-up and attendance correction of the health region's employees

Create an overview of employees in the health region
-
Send work sheets/service time schedules and control thereof.

Approve invoice in the Self-Government's creditor program IRIS
-
Sparring with the healthcare system's economics and planning department
-
Shared responsibility for the purchase of furniture and the initiation of repairs on buildings.

Housing is allocated according to the rules applicable at any time in the Greenlandic Health Service.
Salary and employment
Salary and employment conditions, including the right to travel for joining and leaving and relocation of personal belongings, in accordance with the agreement/collective agreement in force at the time of commencement between the Government of Greenland and the relevant negotiating organization.
