Sullissivik Aasiaat is seeking an assistant manager with strong collaboration skills for citizen services. The position involves case processing, collaboration with hunting, fishing, and business departments, as well as assistance to clients with MITid. Qualifications include education in commerce and office, knowledge of www.sullissivik.gl, and experience in bookkeeping.
The Municipality of Qeqertalik, Aasiaat, Inoqarfik, Sullissivik is looking for a deputy chief with good collaboration skills for the position. So if you are interested in citizen services and have the willingness to actively participate in the development of the new municipality, there is a position as deputy chief available for appointment from March 1, 2026, or by further agreement.
The work as an Office Assistant will involve the following areas of responsibility:
·Fast and accurate processing of inquiries from citizens.
Case processing of a-contributions.
Collaboration with the catch, fishing, and business department.
·Help clients who need a new MITid.
Case processing of the service center's tasks, for example the following tasks:

Occasionally register regarding institutions and create a waiting list.

registration for CPR number register, change of address notifications, birth and death register, etc.
-
and upgrading based on legal framework.
-Alcohol licenses.
-
of notifications regarding day and night waste collection.
-
to the caseworker if the inquiry cannot be resolved with www.sullissivik.gl
-
for various forms, application for A-contribution, application for housing benefit, registration for the civil registry.
·Processing of invoices (ERP) through the computer.
Qualifications:
Education in the trade and office sector.
·Good knowledge of www.sullissivik.gl; knowledge of processing information from the website
Experience in the accounting field will be an advantage.

Salary and employment conditions:
Salary and employment conditions are in accordance with the applicable agreement.
Housing:
The position may offer staff housing, for which a deposit and rent, utilities, etc. are paid according to the current rules for rent payment in the properties of the Greenland Self-Government and the municipality in Greenland. If permanent accommodation cannot be made available immediately upon commencement, employees entitled to a vacant residence will be offered a temporary vacant residence, for which A-tax will be paid for benefits in kind in accordance with applicable legislation.
OR The start date is dependent on when a staff accommodation is available. A relocation travel allowance and moving expenses for personal belongings are provided according to applicable regulations.
A staff housing must be vacated upon the termination of the employment relationship.
