Disko Region
Region Disko includes the Regional Hospital in Aasiaat, 3 towns with health centers, and 8 settlements. Aasiaat has about 3000 inhabitants, and the entire region has about 7000 inhabitants.

You will be part of a smaller regional hospital, and you can expect a daily life with a lot of responsibility.
Your tasks will be to provide care and treatment for citizens associated with psychiatry in the Disko Region. Contact with the citizens will be through outpatient visits, home visits, and/or teams. Additionally, the task is to establish meetings with groups of relatives, contact social case management, support individuals and housing units - with the aim of initiating support for "the good life."
If there are admitted patients with psychiatric disorders, it is your task to collaborate with colleagues in the department - to provide guidance and support for the treatment of the patient. There is good cooperation with a colleague in the District Psychiatry, as well as with doctors and other staff at the hospital.
