The Center for Counseling and Family Treatment (CRF) in the Municipality of Sermersooq is seeking a treatment leader who is passionate about structure, coordination, and quality in interdisciplinary efforts.

Here you get a central function in the work to ensure that children, young people, and families receive timely and coherent assistance – and that good professional decisions are translated into action in practice.

About the position

As a treatment leader, you will become a key person in CRF's daily operations and development. You will be responsible for creating an overview, ensuring progress, and supporting coherence across the center's treatment and intervention tracks.

You work closely with the chief psychologist, department heads, and professionals, becoming an important link between management, operations, and practice.

The position has no personnel responsibility, but it has significant organizational importance and a clear coordinating function throughout the center.

You are referring to the chief psychologist, who has the overall professional responsibility for treatment.

About the Center for Counseling and Family Treatment

CRF manages early intervention, prevention, and treatment efforts for children, young people, and families in Nuuk with a focus on holistic and coherent processes.

The center is organized into three departments:

·Treatment and therapy

Preventive measures and counseling

Families and supportive initiatives

You will have a cross-functional role, where you help ensure coherence between departments and support a common professional and organizational flow.

Your work tasks

Coordination and follow-up

·Ensure systematic follow-up on ongoing cases and processes

·Follow up on decisions from visitation, treatment, and case meetings

·Create an overview of flow, capacity, and progress

Visitation and inquiries

In collaboration with the referral team; receive, assess, and distribute inquiries.

Ensure quick and qualified referral.

Interdisciplinary collaboration

Coordinate follow-up meetings and cross-functional processes.

Support collaboration across departments and areas

Ensure coherence in decisions and actions

Quality and development

Support quality in documentation and reporting

Contribute to the development of workflows and a common structure

Be a link between practice and management

·Be the coordinator for cross-cutting projects and external collaborations

We are looking for you who

·Has a therapeutic, social work, or other relevant education

·Has experience with coordination in complex citizen or treatment processes

Works in a structured, systematic manner with an eye for the whole.

Thrives in a role with significant organizational importance

Is strong in collaboration and communication across disciplines.

·Has experience with IT and administrative workflows

Being bilingual in Greenlandic and Danish is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Criminal and Child Certificate:

The position is covered by the law on the obligation to obtain criminal and child certificates. According to the law, employment can only begin once the municipality has received satisfactory criminal and child certificates. We must therefore point out that the start date can only be agreed upon once the municipality has received the child certificate from the National Police as well as the criminal certificate from the Police.

The child certificate is obtained by the municipality with the consent of the individual, while the criminal record is obtained by the individual from the Police.

Salary and employment conditions:

Salary and employment conditions are in accordance with the applicable agreement between the Government of Greenland, according to the agreement/collective agreement in force at the time of appointment between the Government of Greenland and the relevant negotiating organization.

The employment will be subject to a 3-month probation period.
