Office Assistant for Temporary Accommodation
We are looking for a new colleague. Your everyday tasks will consist of operational and development tasks, which is why we are seeking a colleague who is strong in providing efficient and good service.
Do you have a good grasp of housing allocation and are skilled at maintaining an overview and systematic approach, with experience from a similar position? If you have strong verbal and written communication skills and are flexible, you might be our new colleague in the Office of Facility Management and Procurement.
The function of the office:

Close collaboration with the cleaning provider and the housing associations.
Overall, our goal is to ensure that our new colleague, who has been assigned temporary accommodation, has a good experience and moves into a clean and well-maintained accommodation.
Your tasks:

We are looking for a trade and office trained person with a driver's license who will work with the following tasks: Preparation of temporary accommodations during tenant changes.

Case processing of inquiries to the department

Inventory management

Invoicing

Management of waiting lists
The office is part of the Department for Facility Management and Procurement in the Agency for Economy and Personnel. Here, we can offer an exciting workplace with an informal tone and a broad portfolio of tasks with great variation in the assignments.
You will be part of a team where we emphasize high professionalism as well as engaging, positive, and service-minded employees. It is a small office that covers a wide range and where we help each other. At the same time, there is close collaboration with the other offices in the building, focusing on a good environment.
Working hours are 40 hours a week.

Salary and employment conditions
Salary and employment conditions, including the right to relocation travel and moving expenses, in accordance with the agreement/collective agreement in force at the time of commencement between the Government of Greenland and the relevant negotiating organization.
Housing
No staff housing is provided for the position. If an applicant already has staff housing through employment in the Self-Government, the right to the assigned staff housing is retained. The staff housing is linked to the employment relationship and must be vacated upon the termination of the employment relationship.
