The Day and Admission Department strengthens collaboration, plans upskilling, and coordinates efforts based on ongoing needs assessments and analyses with managers and municipalities.
The department is responsible for the operation and overall management of the self-governing owned residential institutions and round-the-clock services. The department operates the Central Referral System, which refers to self-owned, municipal, and self-governing owned residential institutions and round-the-clock services. The department is also responsible for the approvals of self-owned, self-governing owned, and municipal residential institutions.
We are looking for an office manager for the department who can lead the development and qualification of initiatives within the round-the-clock area. The office manager will be responsible for the operations and projects in the department in close collaboration with the other management. The office manager has direct managerial responsibility for employees in the department.

Employment conditions
The position is currently classified as LR 36-mi.
Employment will primarily be on collective agreement terms; however, if the applicant is already a civil servant under the civil service laws for public Greenland, employment may occur on civil servant terms.
For the position, it applies that no maximum length of service has been established and that the provisions regarding compensation for overtime and the provisions regarding compensation for lost days off do not apply; the working hours are initially 40 hours per week.
Salary and employment conditions, including the right to relocation and moving expenses, in accordance with the collective agreement in effect at the time of commencement between the Government of Greenland and the relevant negotiating organization.
Housing
No staff housing is provided for the position. If an applicant already has staff housing through employment in the Self-Government, the right to assigned staff housing is retained. The staff housing is linked to the employment relationship and must be vacated upon termination of the employment relationship.
