As a treatment leader in the Center for Counseling and Family Treatment in Nuuk, you will coordinate and ensure progress in treatment efforts for children and families. About the position
As a treatment leader, you will have a central coordinating role in CRF and become an important partner for the chief psychologist, department leaders, and staff.
You are referring to the chief psychologist, who has the overall clinical responsibility and personnel management of the center's department heads.
Your task is to ensure that treatment interventions are followed up, coordinated, and implemented in practice, so that citizen pathways are cohesive and agreements are not lost in everyday life.
The center's organization:
CRF is organized into four departments that work closely together around the families.
Department of Treatment and Therapy
Department for group therapy services
Department for Preventive Initiatives and Counseling
Department for Families and Supportive Interventions
As a treatment leader, you have a cross-departmental responsibility.
Your primary tasks:
Coordination and follow-up
·Ensure systematic follow-up on ongoing cases and processes
·Follow up on decisions made at treatment and case meetings
·Ensure an overview of status, flow, and capacity in the center
Entrance and inspection
·Manage CRF's shared email
Receive, sort, and delegate inquiries to relevant departments.
Ensure timely handling of all inquiries
Meetings and collaboration
·Summon and coordinate:
·follow-up meetings
·cross-departmental meetings between departments and professionals
·Collaborate closely with the chief psychologist on overview, prioritization, and progress
Quality and structure
Support quality in documentation, status, and final reports.
Contribute to clear workflows and a common structure in the center's work.
·Be a link between the departments and the chief psychologist

Criminal and Child Certificate:
The position is covered by the law on the obligation to obtain criminal and child certificates. According to the law, employment can only begin when the municipality has received satisfactory criminal and child certificates. We would therefore like to point out that the start date can only be agreed upon once the municipality has received the child certificate from the National Police as well as the criminal record from the Police.
The child certificate is obtained by the municipality with the consent of the individual, while the criminal record is obtained by the individual from the police.
Salary and employment conditions:
Salary and employment conditions are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement between the Government of Greenland, according to the agreement/collective agreement in force at the time of appointment between the Government of Greenland and the relevant negotiating organization.
The employment will be subject to a 3-month probation period.
