Municipality of Qeqertalik - INUA is seeking an office assistant in HR and Service. The position is to be filled by June 1, 2026, or by agreement. You will work in a department with 2 HR consultants, 2 HR partners, and the HR manager as your closest supervisor. Tasks include travel bookings, accounting in ERP, and personnel administrative duties.

In the position of office assistant in HR & Service, you will work in a department with 2 HR consultants, 2 HR partners, and the HR manager will be your immediate supervisor. It is a staff function for the entire INUA with service tasks. In addition to HR & Service, INUA consists of; Finance department, IT, secretariat, professional coordinators, and management.
Work and areas of responsibility:

Travel and accommodation bookings for INUA employees' business trips

Travel allowances statements for INUA employees

Have responsibility for INUA's vacant housing.

Handling of incoming and outgoing emails under "service" as well as logging

Postings in ERP

Ad hoc tasks of a personnel administrative nature, also in Mindkey, including the handling of incoming and outgoing emails of a personnel administrative nature.

You have good language skills in Greenlandic and Danish, both spoken and written.
Salary and employment conditions:
Salary and employment conditions will be in accordance with the applicable collective agreement with the relevant negotiating trade union at any given time.
Criminal record:
This position is subject to the law requiring the collection of a criminal record. According to the law, employment can only begin once the municipality has received a criminal record. We would therefore like to point out that the start date can only be agreed upon once the municipality has received the criminal record from the Police.
Housing:
Housing cannot be provided for the position.
