You will be part of the HR team in the Service Center in Sisimiut, where you will work closely with HR colleagues, the payroll function, and leaders across the organization. The position is broad and hands-on, and you will be responsible for ensuring quality in the daily HR operations while also contributing to the development and digitization of the HR area.
About the position
As an HR consultant, you will play a central role in daily personnel administration and the ongoing development of the HR function. You will report to the HR Team Leader and become an important sparring partner for managers and colleagues in the organization.
We are in the process of further developing and digitizing HR workflows, and you will play an active role in the implementation and subsequent operation of our upcoming HR system.
Your primary tasks
You will be working with, among other things:
drafting of employment contracts and addendums
administration of hiring and resignations as well as other personnel case processing
advice and sparring on personnel and employment matters
personnel legal tasks, including warnings, dismissals, and other personnel matters
administration of pensions, health insurance, and other employee-related schemes
development and quality assurance of job postings as well as support for recruitment processes
HR data, key figures, reporting, and ongoing quality assurance of the data foundation
development and optimization of work processes in HR administration
ad hoc tasks across the HR area
We imagine that you
has a relevant educational background in HR, administration, law, etc.
has experience with HR operations, personnel administration, or related administrative functions
has knowledge of employment law and preferably experience in translating rules and agreements into practice
has experience with or interest in HR systems, master data, and digital workflows
communicates clearly and professionally both in writing and orally
is service-minded, collaborative, and good at building trusting relationships
mastery of Greenlandic and Danish in writing and speech
As a person, you are

flexible and good at maintaining an overview even in pressured situations
relationally strong and diplomatic in collaboration with others
both operationally strong and curious about improvements
