As a porter rescuer at the regional hospital in Ilulissat, you will have responsibilities and represent the frontline staff. You will meet patients first and handle urgent tasks. Collaboration and communication are important, and you will receive a good introduction to the tasks. You must be bilingual Greenlandic/Danish and have a driver's license.
As a porter, you will have an exciting everyday life with responsibilities, as you represent the frontline staff at the regional hospital in Ilulissat. It is important that you are aware of this, as you are often the first to meet the patient.
You can expect a job with exciting and urgent tasks. You will be in dialogue with many people, where both your professional and social skills are important.
In addition to the healthcare staff at the regional hospital in Ilulissat, you have 8 colleagues in the porter staff, including your manager. Your weekly working hours are 40 hours.

Housing is allocated according to the rules applicable in the Greenlandic Health Service at any given time.
Salary and employment
Salary and employment conditions, including the right to travel for joining and leaving and moving of personal belongings, in accordance with the agreement/collective agreement in force at the time of commencement between the Government of Greenland and the relevant negotiating organization.
Citizenship
If you are not a Nordic citizen, please note that the employment is conditional upon a valid residence and work permit. A residence and work permit can only be applied for upon agreed employment.
