HR Consultant in Sisimiut sought for Qeqqata Municipality. You will advise leaders, manage personnel administrative matters, and develop employees. Are you interested in being part of a team in the HR department of Qeqqata Municipality with many exciting tasks? We are looking for a competent and dedicated colleague who can start as soon as possible or by agreement.
In the HR department, we advise managers in the administration and institutions in Qeqqata Municipality. We are a sparring partner for management on personnel legal issues and ensure proper processing of personnel administrative cases in accordance with applicable agreements, civil service legislation, case processing law, and other relevant legislation.

Management support and consulting.

Preparation of job postings and employment contracts

Personnel administrative case processing, dismissals including terminations.

Responses to trade unions.

Individual negotiations related to classifications and allocation/change of supplements.

Develop guidelines, instructions, and templates for the areas and institutions.

Operate the HR system Mindkey.

Work on the development and upskilling of employees in collaboration with colleagues.

It is a busy department, but we are happy to wait for you. There are 7 employees in HR, 2 physically located in Maniitsoq and 5 physically located in Sisimiut including you.

Salary and employment conditions, including the right to free travel and relocation of personal belongings, are in accordance with the applicable agreements between the Government of Greenland and the relevant trade union.
Housing can be allocated, for which payment is made according to applicable rules.
Criminal record:
This position is subject to the law on the obligation to obtain a criminal record. According to the law, employment can only begin once the municipality has received a criminal record. We would therefore like to point out that the start date can only be agreed upon once the municipality has received the criminal record from the police.
