About the position
As an HR consultant, you will work with us to ensure professional solutions across the entire organization.
You will have a daily routine with exciting tasks and actively participate in development tasks that strengthen our area and the organization as a whole. In general, you will be involved in supporting processes throughout the HR lifecycle.
Your tasks will include, among other things,

Advise and be a sparring partner for leaders throughout the organization.

Shape projects and development tasks that support our strategic direction.

Contribute to the implementation of initiatives and ongoing improvements of our work processes.

Manage the company's well-being promoting initiatives, including APV and MTU surveys.

Daily operation of HR inquiries
