At Royal Arctic Line, we work every day to create strong, long-term relationships with our key customers. As a Junior Account Manager, you will be part of the KAM team, where you will receive plenty of training, support, and the opportunity to grow in the role.
Your tasks
You will have a varied everyday life with customer contact and collaboration across the organization. Your tasks will include:

Participation in collaborative negotiations

Handling of inquiries, preparation of agreements, follow-up on offers and set goals

Preparation of short- and long-term plans for the transport of customers' freight volumes

Planning of this year's activities, including meeting structure, reports, etc. together with the KAM team.

Contract management
-
Capacity planning together with the operations department
-
Preparation of offers and sales
-
Has experience or interest in customer service, sales, or logistics requirements.

Is good at communicating and building relationships

Works systematically and has an eye for detail.

Has good IT skills
-
Can speak Greenlandic and Danish – English is an advantage.

Good insight into Greenland and Greenlandic conditions
