Do you want to be part of a dynamic workplace where recognition, community, and development are core values?
Then we have the perfect job for you!
Atuarfik Inussuk AKO - The incoming employee must be ready for the new school - to welcome employees and children from two schools as well as the three AKOs.
AKO and School:
The leisure part is a large and important part of most primary school children's daily lives, and for us, it is important that the after-school care is a safe place that allows for "free play" alongside planned activities and movement.
A strong community:
At Atuarfik Inussuk AKO, we want a dynamic workplace where recognition, community, and development are core values. We emphasize a positive and appreciative approach to one another, where we all have a responsibility to create the best in AKO, school, and workplace. We believe that a high level of ambition and well-being creates good conditions for learning and development, and therefore everyone's effort is significant - from cleaning staff, leaders, administration, and social workers to advisors, teachers, educators, and caretakers.
We can offer you:
An exciting job with opportunities to develop yourself as a permanent substitute and as a person. You will have a unique chance to help shape and contribute to an entirely new school and new AKO in development. As a permanent substitute, you will receive the necessary support and training from colleagues and other management, so you can feel secure and well-prepared for the job.
