The Department for Disability and Social Psychiatry is looking for an engaged leader for the support team and housing units in Tasiilaq. If you have experience in leadership and are passionate about making a difference for our residents, you are exactly who we need as our new leader.
The position as a manager is a full-time position of 40 hours per week. You will primarily have day shifts, but as a manager, you are responsible for all units. You should be an approachable leader who dares to take the lead when needed. You will also be part of a strong leadership community across the residences, where you, together with your management colleagues and the head of department, will set the direction for the development of the area.
We believe that professionalism, diversity, and community are the keys to succeeding in advancing practice in the long term. That you have good communication skills and see the importance of using this to strengthen collaboration internally and externally in the department.
·That you have knowledge of Greenlandic society and culture.
