Your tasks will typically include: Driving tasks with food, colleagues, trainees, and students.

Interior maintenance.

Snow removal and cleanup tasks at KTIs dormitories and vacant housing.

You will be included in the caretakers' duty roster upon employment, so you should be prepared to work approximately every third weekend and for on-call duties in the evening and at night.

Qualifications: Driver's license – preferably D1 – minibus

Experience and skilled in plumbing and drainage tasks.

Can work with heavy things.

Knowledge of computer usage.

Speak and write Greenlandic and Danish. Not a requirement, but preferably English for the sake of international students and guests.

You must present a criminal record and accept that we obtain a child certificate.

KTI is an educational institution with departments in Nuuk and Sisimiut.
Here, vocational training is offered in Iron and Metal, Construction and Civil Engineering, Raw Materials, as well as Language Courses. In addition, upper secondary education such as GUX, eGUX, and North Atlantic high school classes, as well as access courses for engineering and marine engineering programs, are offered.
KTI also collaborates with the Technical University of Denmark (ARCTIC – DTU) on two engineering programs and with Teknika on the marine engineering program.
KTIs college area includes 389 residences located in close proximity to the school.
Salary and employment conditions
Salary and employment conditions, including the right to travel for joining and leaving as well as relocation of personal belongings, in accordance with the agreement/collective agreement in force at the time of commencement between the Government of Greenland and the relevant negotiating organization.
Housing
No housing is provided for the position. If an applicant already has housing through employment in the Self-Government, the right to assigned housing is retained. The housing is linked to the employment relationship and must be vacated upon termination of the employment relationship.
