Greenland Self-Government is seeking HR Development Partners to enhance leadership and work life. You will work with management coaching, well-being, workshops, and the development of HR strategies. Would you like to help strengthen leadership and working life in the Government of Greenland? We are looking for 1-3 HR Development Partners. In HR Development, we work with what makes the organization function – not just on paper, but in reality. We collaborate closely with leaders and employees throughout the central administration, where the tasks are complex, politically anchored, and socially significant.
We are looking for HR Development Partners who will help strengthen the quality of leadership, collaboration, and organizational sustainability in the Government of Greenland.
The role – close to management, close to reality
As an HR Development Partner, you will become a trusted sparring partner for leaders at various levels. You must be able to accommodate what is difficult – collaboration conflicts, dissatisfaction, organizational tensions – while also keeping an eye on direction and development.

You will work with: Management coaching in complex situations

Follow-up on well-being and work environment (APV etc.)

Facilitation of workshops, leadership seminars, and development processes

Support for handling, for example, abusive actions and collaboration challenges.

Development of cross-cutting HR initiatives, concepts, and strategies

Connection between overarching political goals and daily management practices
It requires both professional depth and human understanding.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for you who have solid experience with management coaching and organizational development – and who knows that development happens through relationships, courage, and clarity.

You have probably: Worked in or close to a larger organization – preferably politically governed.

Experience with facilitation and process management

The ability to analyze complex relationships and translate them into concrete actions.

Salary and employment conditions
Salary and employment conditions, including the right to travel for joining and leaving as well as relocation of personal belongings, in accordance with the agreement/collective agreement applicable at the time of commencement between the Government of Greenland and the relevant negotiating organization.
Housing
No staff housing is provided for the position. If an applicant already has staff housing through employment in the Self-Government, the right to the assigned staff housing is retained. The staff housing is tied to the employment relationship and must be vacated upon termination of the employment relationship.
