We collaborate closely with leaders and employees throughout the central administration, where the tasks are complex, politically anchored, and socially significant.

We are looking for HR Development Partners who will help strengthen the quality of leadership, collaboration, and organizational sustainability in the Government of Greenland.

The role – close to management, close to reality

As an HR Development Partner, you will become a trusted sparring partner for leaders at various levels. You must be able to accommodate what is difficult – collaboration conflicts, dissatisfaction, organizational tensions – while also keeping an eye on direction and development.

  • Facilitation of workshops, leadership seminars, and development processes
  • Support for handling, for example, abusive actions and collaboration challenges.
  • Development of cross-cutting HR initiatives, concepts, and strategies
  • Connection between overarching political goals and daily management practices

It requires both professional depth and human understanding.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for you who have solid experience with management coaching and organizational development – and who knows that development happens through relationships, courage, and clarity.

  • You have probably: Worked in or close to a larger organization – preferably politically governed.
  • Experience with facilitation and process management
  • The ability to analyze complex relationships and translate them into concrete actions.

What we believe in

At HRU, we believe that well-being cannot be delivered – but can be supported through clear leadership and defined frameworks. We believe that strategies only work when they make sense in practice.

We work closely together in the team and across the central administration. You will be part of an office with high professionalism, mutual support, and ambitions to make a real difference.
