Consultant for mental working environment and well-being

We are looking for an experienced consultant for mental working environment and well-being, who can help strengthen and develop the work with the mental working environment throughout the Health Service.
You must be able to engage closely with employees and leaders when work life becomes difficult, including after serious, violent, or potentially traumatic incidents, while also lifting your gaze and working on prevention, development, and well-being at the organizational and departmental level.
We are open to different professional backgrounds. The crucial factor is that you have solid experience with mental working environment and can translate your expertise into concrete solutions.

We are looking for you who:

• Has a relevant higher education or experience as, for example, a psychologist, occupational health consultant, organizational consultant, or in HR or a related field, as well as solid experience with mental working environment, well-being, and prevention.
• Has experience with difficult conversations, conflicts, collaboration challenges, leadership coaching, and people in stressful work situations.
• Can handle and follow up on serious, violent, or potentially traumatic incidents, including defusing and debriefing.
• Can work both concretely and relationally while maintaining an organizational overview and seeing opportunities for prevention and development.
• Is clear, empathetic, and professional and can assess when an issue can be handled in HR, and when other expertise or external assistance should be involved.
• Masters Greenlandic and Danish.

Housing will be provided according to the rules applicable in the Greenlandic Health Service at any given time.

Salary and employment

Salary and employment conditions, including the right to relocation and moving expenses, in accordance with the agreement/collective agreement in force at the time of commencement between the Government of Greenland and the relevant negotiating organization.

Citizenship

If you are not a Nordic citizen, please note that employment is conditional on a valid residence and work permit. A residence and work permit can only be applied for upon agreed employment.
