An HR Consultant is sought for the HR department in Qeqqata Kommunia. You will be responsible for management support, personnel administrative tasks, and employee development. We are looking for a stable and bilingual employee with experience in HR and politically governed organizations.

We are looking for a competent and dedicated colleague who can start as soon as possible or by agreement. In the HR department, we advise managers in the administration and institutions of Qeqqata Kommunia. We are a sparring partner for management on personnel legal issues and ensure correct case handling of personnel administrative matters according to current agreements, civil service legislation, the Administrative Procedures Act, and other relevant legislation.

Personnel administrative case handling, including dismissals.

Responses to trade unions.

Individual negotiations regarding classifications and allocation/change of allowances.

It is a busy department, but we are willing to wait for you. There are 7 employees in HR, 2 physically located in Maniitsoq and 5 physically located in Sisimiut, including you. In HR, we value joy, openness, security, and discipline. Salary and employment conditions, including the right to free travel and relocation, are according to current agreements between Naalakkersuisut and the relevant professional organization. Housing can be provided, for which payment is made according to current regulations.
Criminal Record: This position is subject to the law requiring a criminal record check. According to the law, employment cannot begin until the municipality has received a criminal record. Therefore, we must emphasize that the start date can only be agreed upon once the municipality has received the criminal record from the police.
