Employee for the Crisis Center Qimarnnguik

"Qimarnguik", an employee to start as soon as possible.

You will work closely with the employees at the Family House in Uummannaq, and the nearest supervisor will be the head of the Family House.

The advertised position is suitable for a person with an interest in social work, as the daily tasks will mainly consist of providing support and care to the users in Qimarnguik, who need help and care in their daily lives.

The responsibilities and obligations:

You will be responsible for the daily operations of the crisis center in collaboration with the staff at the Family House.

Care, advice, and guidance for the users of the crisis center according to their needs.

You must participate in the duty roster along with the other employees.

The position is to be filled by a person who has the following qualifications:

• Qualified social worker. However, others with relevant advisory training or educational training may also be considered.
• Mentally resilient, structured in their work approach, and capable of making professional assessments.
• Reliable, empathetic, and a good role model in terms of good behavior.
• Good collaboration and communication skills as well as the ability to exert influence.
• Responsible, approachable, and committed to their work tasks, as well as capable of implementing new rules and methods within the work area.

Salary and employment conditions:

Employment is in accordance with the collective agreement for the individual's education.

No housing is provided in connection with the position.
