The Government of Greenland is seeking a TNI trainee starting in August 2026. You will work in the Department of Service, Economy, and Personnel, where you will have tasks related to payroll administration, accounting, budget planning, and controlling. You will be placed in the department for Service, Finance, and Personnel. In the department, you will work with understanding the organization, service, budget process, and hiring process. Additionally, you will have tasks related to payroll administration, accounting, budget planning, follow-up, and controlling.
Students gather across departments for an introductory course. Here, you will have the opportunity to meet other students and bring up self-chosen academic topics for discussion. The Government of Greenland provides the framework to create a good development and learning environment, which gives you a solid education and a strong foundation for the future.
