Majoriaq Sisimiut søger en pedel til tilsyn og små reparationer af bygninger, afhentning af forsendelser, oprydning/snerydning, kørsel af personale, kollegievagt m.m. Kræver ordenssans, evne til at arbejde selvstændigt og dobbeltsproget (grønlandsk og dansk).
Det er en stilling med tæt samarbejde med kollegaer på tværs, da man servicerer kollegaer og kollegiebeboer.

Arbejds- og Ansvarsområder:

Tilsyn og små reparationer af Majoriaq´s bygninger

Afhentning af forsendelse og pakker

Oprydning/snerydning i og omkring Majoriaq´s bygninger

Kørsel af personale under tjeneste

Kollegievagt på turnus
Kvalifikationer:
-
er stabil, med ordenssans, god til at bevare roen i stressede situationer og have overblik.

skal kunne arbejde selvstændigt og være god til have mange bolde i luften
-
Vi ser gerne at du er dobbeltsproget, grønlandsk og dansk.

Være vant til at bruge IT, gerne kendskab til Microsoft Office.

Kan arbejde selvstændigt, og er løsningsorienteret.

Løn- og ansættelsesvilkår:
Løn og ansættelsesforhold sker i henhold til gældende overenskomst mellem Grønlands Selvstyre og relevant forhandlingsberettiget organisation.
Der kan ikke anvises bolig.
Tiltrædelse 1. december 2025 eller efter nærmere aftale.
