About Qasapermiut
Qasapermiut is located in Sisimiut, Greenland and is under the Department of Social Affairs, Family and Justice for neglected children and young people between the ages of 13 and 17.
The placed children have had a childhood marked by neglect and come from all over Greenland.
The pedagogy at Qasapermiut is based on a cognitive, resource-oriented, and appreciative approach in a structured environment that also includes hunting life.
We emphasize that they have a stable everyday life with schooling, leisure interests, and a social life outside the institution.
On weekends and holidays, children are offered great experiences in nature in the form of cabin trips, hunting and skiing trips, as well as participating in various events in the city.

That you can work varying hours, e.g. mornings, evenings, and night shifts; here we must clarify that night shifts do not sleep at night with regard to safety.

Salary and employment conditions
Salary and employment conditions, including the right to travel for joining and leaving, as well as relocation of personal belongings, in accordance with the agreement/collective agreement in force at the time of commencement between the Government of Greenland and the relevant negotiating organization.
For an applicant with the right documentable competencies, employment as a special consultant, chief consultant, or senior advisor can occur in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.
Housing
No staff housing is provided for the position. If an applicant already has staff housing through employment in the Self-Government, the right to the assigned staff housing is retained. The staff housing is linked to the employment relationship and must be vacated upon termination of the employment relationship.
