We expect you to have a medium-length higher education, such as a teacher, educator, or social worker.
The treatment in Allorfik is based on motivational interviewing and a cognitive behavioral therapy treatment model.
The position requires that you have a substance abuse counselor education or alternatively a pure psychotherapist education.

As a practitioner, you must among other things: Motivate for treatment with Motivational Interviewing

Treat and advise citizens with problems related to alcohol, cannabis, and gambling.

Aftercare and educate relatives

Conduct mapping interviews and report to the national addiction database.

Collaboration with the municipality regarding citizens' aftercare and issues that hinder treatment.

Teach about the offer in Allorfik and our methods.

Salary and employment conditions
Salary and employment conditions, including the right to travel for joining and leaving, as well as relocation of personal belongings, in accordance with the agreement/collective agreement in force at the time of commencement between the Government of Greenland and the relevant negotiating organization.
Housing
No staff housing is allocated for the position. If an applicant already has staff housing through employment in the Self-Government, the right to the allocated staff housing is retained. The staff housing is linked to the employment relationship and must be vacated upon termination of the employment relationship.
