We expect you to have a pedagogical education or social worker training, experience as a support person, good collaboration skills, patience, and tolerance. You will improve children's living conditions and contribute to their development.

In Qasigiannguit, we are looking for a support person for children, with working hours of 40 hours a week.
We expect that you:
-Teacher training or social worker training supplemented by professional courses in the child and/or disability field
-Experience from working as a support person for children in the disability or child sector
-Good collaboration skills
-Patience and tolerance
- Mentally resilient.
Reliable, loyal, and responsible
-Good at client contact and communication
The daily tasks are:
-Improve children's living conditions and daily life and enhance their personal strength
-Contribute to the development of those children, so they achieve a life as close to normal as possible.
-Responsible for ensuring that pedagogical and practical support for the child is provided in a qualified manner.
-Short-term and long-term goal setting
