The nursing home in Aasiaat is seeking a Housekeeper to organize and plan tasks in the laundry and cleaning. Experience is desirable but not required. The position requires independence and responsibility, and working hours include holidays and weekends. Employment requires a criminal record check.
The nursing home is divided into two departments, and the dementia department is located in the upper part of the new building. Secondly, the individuals who need assistance and those who are more self-sufficient are distributed in living units.
There is a day shift every day, including weekends.
Tasks and responsibilities in everyday life:
The person may have a qualification as a housekeeper, but it is not a requirement; experience is, however, desirable.
Organizing and planning tasks in the laundry and cleaning so that they are carried out satisfactorily.
Participation in cleaning on weekdays, ordering cleaning supplies, and ensuring that one always participates in these tasks.
The purpose is to ensure effective cleaning and to monitor the maintenance of the equipment.
Task organization and duty scheduling is done through the computer.
To instruct new employees and work for the development of employees.
We expect that:

It should be expected that the working hours include holidays and weekends.
Salary and employment conditions:
Applicable SIK agreement for hourly paid employees, 40 hours of work per week.
Criminal record:
This position is subject to the law requiring the collection of a criminal record. According to the law, employment can only begin once the municipality has received a criminal record. We would therefore like to point out that the start date can only be agreed upon once the municipality has received the criminal record from the police.
No staff housing can be provided for the position.
