For HRD, it is important that there is a common clarity within the team about the company's business goals, plans, and challenges in both the short and long term – and about what the organization must be able to deliver, understood as organizational competencies, such as increased customer focus, increased mobility, and increased cost awareness.
HRD must ensure a common understanding and application of a strong connection between HRD initiatives and business needs, so that the organization is equipped to deliver on KNI's goals and results.

· Student administration and support for student mentors along the entire coast
· Planning, initiation, and coordination of new initiatives across the organization
· Participation in diverse HR and HRD projects
· Contribute to ESG-related initiatives within the HR area – experience with ESG is an advantage, but not a requirement, as skills can be developed in the position in collaboration with the HR manager and the director.
We want the position filled by a person who:
· Has a relevant academic education or solid work experience in HR and/or competency development
· Has experience working strategically and translating strategy into practice
· Is versatile, responsible, open, has a positive outlook on life, and is a team player.
· Has an overview and can work across departments and fields.
· Can work independently and proactively as well as contribute with new ideas
To the right applicant, we offer:
· Salary based on qualifications on individual terms
· For external applications, housing can be made available for which rent and deposit, utilities, etc. are paid according to applicable regulations.
