We are looking for a welcoming and service-minded Customer Supporter for our team in Nuuk.
Our customer support plays an important role in Royal Arctic Line – we ensure that our customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service.

About us
We are the customers' first contact with Royal Arctic Line – and we make sure that every single shipment goes as it should.
We assist private customers throughout Greenland with booking, guidance, and freight, and we do it with a smile.
Your main tasks will be to:
Book cargo and assist customers
Advise on freight, regulations, prices, and transport options
Handle invoices and ensure correct documentation
Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
Perform freight calculations
Contribute to a positive and professional customer service
Who are you?
We are looking for a colleague who is friendly, responsible, and enjoys helping others.
You may have experience from customer service, office, retail, transport, or similar – but most importantly, you have the desire to learn and make a difference for our customers.
We are looking for a colleague who:
Is service-minded
Can work independently and maintain an overview, even when it is busy
Has attention to detail and works in a structured manner
Has IT knowledge at user level
Can communicate in Greenlandic and Danish – English is a plus
