You will be responsible for the first contact with our customers, and therefore you should thrive on providing good service and be ready to answer questions about everything from waiting lists to rental rules.
Your primary work tasks will be:
· Daily operation of INImut
· Telephone service
· Receiving and servicing as well as processing tenants' inquiries, both personally, in writing, and by phone.
· Forwarding of questions regarding case processing, operations, and property services
· Responsibility for the distribution of incoming mail
· Participation in meetings
· Ad hoc tasks in the department

We are looking for a Customer Consultant who is driven by the desire to provide good service and has relevant experience in customer service. You are proactive, outgoing, empathetic, patient, and engaged in what you do. Additionally:
· do you thrive in communication and can you translate rules and guidelines into easily understandable language both personally, over the phone, and in writing
· are you responsible and work towards common goals
· do you have a good knowledge of general IT systems
· are you flexible, service-minded, and have a good mood
· masters the Danish and Greenlandic languages in speech and writing
· are you punctual and arrive on time

Employment conditions:
Salary and employment in accordance with the applicable collective agreement between the Greenlandic Government and S.I.K. No housing is provided for the position.
