Your focus will be on providing top-notch customer service and efficient administrative support, while adhering to established procedures and working independently.
If you are patient, conscientious, and motivated by delivering high quality, you could be the ideal candidate to strengthen our team at Arctic Umiaq Line and help us make a difference for our customers every day. As our new colleague, you will join an experienced team with 3 dedicated employees.
Your primary tasks will be to:

Ensure good customer service and guarantee high quality and satisfaction through various communication channels.

Maintain and update contracts and documents, ensure compliance with agreements and deadlines, as well as update customer and partner databases.

Develop and present analyses and reports to improve customer service and business processes.

Manage events, meetings, travel arrangements, and calendars, including logistics and budgeting.

Collaboration with other departments, conducting quality control of services and processes, assisting with accounting tasks, and supporting training and onboarding of new employees.

Join the duty roster

Greenlandic, Danish, and English-speaking. Also includes the ability to work in English in connection with international cooperation.

Strong administrative skills, including experience with Excel and Office products.

A customer-centered approach to customer support and service, combined with problem-solving skills and the ability to work as part of a team to achieve common goals.

Greenland Business School (Niuernermik Ilinniarfik), preferably AU in International Trade and Marketing, Economics and Resource Management or ideally BA in equivalent, similar or higher.
