Do you want to help set direction, create structure, and at the same time nurture the warm, human spirit in everyday life?
At Angerlarsimaffik Pilutaq, we are looking for a Deputy Manager who can lead the daily management of the departments – with a focus on professional quality, clear structure, and a present working environment for both employees and girls.
About us
Pilutaq is a nationwide residential institution under the Department of Social Affairs, Family and Justice.
We host girls aged 11–17 from all over Greenland. Many of them have experienced difficult circumstances in life and need adults who can create safety, stability, and a belief that change is possible. Our pedagogy is cognitive, resource-oriented, and appreciative, and we work in an environment where professionalism, structure, and care go hand in hand. As deputy manager, you will be a central part of this work – and jointly responsible for ensuring that both staff and girls thrive and develop.
