You will be responsible for supporting occupational health issues in psychiatry within the Greenlandic healthcare system. The work is practice-oriented to ensure daily support.

The psychiatric area consists of a psychiatric outpatient clinic, psychiatric ward A1, and Ikaarsaarfik. The psychiatry assesses and treats citizens from all over Greenland both on an outpatient basis, electively, or in emergencies.
As a workplace environment consultant in the Psychiatric area, you will be responsible for supporting workplace-related issues in psychiatry within the Greenlandic healthcare system. Your task will be to have a coordinating role in the work with the workplace environment in collaboration with the workplace environment groups in the Psychiatric area. The workplace environment work is practice-oriented to ensure daily support.
Your tasks:

Coordinate the psychiatric area's work environment initiatives

Introduce new employees to the workplace environment initiatives.

Coordinate supervision from the Working Environment Authority
-
Collect data and prepare analyses for the purpose of advising and supporting the working environment groups.

Coordinate the work with workplace assessments (APV), including facilitating dialogue meetings on well-being and working environment, as well as advising, sparring, and inspiring departments with well-being challenges.

Develop guidelines and instructions on working environment and safety conditions.

Case manage and ensure quality of reporting and follow-up on workplace injuries.

You will refer to the area management in your daily work and have close collaboration with the middle managers in the area.

Salary and employment
Salary and employment conditions, including the right to relocation and moving expenses, in accordance with the agreement/collective agreement in force at the time of commencement between the Government of Greenland and the relevant negotiating organization.
Citizenship
