The Chairman's Department is seeking an AU/HR intern for HR Development, Greenland Self-Government, Nuuk.
Who are we?
In HR Development, there are 4 permanent employees and 2 apprentices. HRU's primary tasks are managing the work environment, facilitating, management sparring, courses, as well as career and education fairs.
Your tasks:

You will be involved in the daily work and, based on your interests and qualifications, take on shared responsibility for planning and executing your own task portfolio. Your tasks will typically include the following: Assisting with tasks related to course activities.

Be involved in preparing developmental tasks

Help with technical tasks
-
Flyers and information brochures
-
Produce content for various communication platforms

Contribute to recruitment activities
Some days will be hectic, while other days will be more routine-based – so flexibility, curiosity, and responsibility will be qualities we value highly in our new apprentice.

Furthermore, we expect that you: Have experience with administrative tasks as well as a flair for IT.

The working hours are 40 hours a week.

Salary and employment conditions
Salary and employment conditions, including the right to travel for joining and leaving as well as relocation of personal belongings, in accordance with the agreement/collective agreement in force at the time of commencement between the Government of Greenland and the relevant negotiating organization.
Housing
No housing is provided for the position. If an applicant already has housing through employment in the Self-Government, the right to the provided housing is retained. The housing is linked to the employment relationship and must be vacated upon termination of the employment relationship.
