The department manager reports to the leader. Must motivate colleagues in the building and help lift various tasks.

Work and areas of responsibility:
You will be jointly responsible for compliance with the Inatsisartut Act No. 62 of November 20, 202 regarding pedagogical development offers for preschool children, as well as the Qeqqata Municipal Council's children and youth policy, which can be found on the Qeqqata Municipality's website, and the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.

Salary and employment conditions
Salary and employment conditions, including the right to free travel and relocation of personal belongings, are in accordance with the applicable agreements between the Self-Government, Greenlandic municipalities, and the Nunatsinni Perorsaasut Kattuffiat NPK.
Housing can be allocated, for which payment is made according to applicable rules.
