Leader at Naapiffik

The position as leader of the youth club "Naapiffik" is available for appointment from April 1, 2026, or by agreement.

A leader is sought, preferably one with a pedagogical education, who is stable, active, independent, and can develop the club into the best youth club for children/young people in Greenland.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• management and operation of the youth club
• based on the political objectives for the youth sector in Avannaata Municipality
• tasks
• a responsible and safe youth club for young people, parents, and staff
• purposeful with new ideas and policies
• close collaboration with the leader at School Care Tikiusaaq
• weekdays from 6:30 PM – 10:45 PM
• collaborates with the prevention committee in Ilulissat Peqqinneq Sunngiffillu Ilulissat

Salary and employment conditions:

Salary and employment conditions are in accordance with the collective agreement in force at the time of commencement between the Government of Greenland and the negotiating organization.

No housing is provided for the position.

Employment is subject to satisfactory criminal records, which will be obtained by the employer from the National Police after the applicant's signature.
