Outgoing Development Consultant for the Staff Development Department

As a development consultant (employed as a special consultant), you will, in collaboration with your five colleagues, be responsible for optimizing our cultural project Kivitsisuuvugut with a focus on sustainability and co-creation, as well as facilitating the onboarding process for new leaders and developing relevant materials for new employees.
Areas of responsibility:

Project management of Kivitsisuuvugut to ensure focus on competence development and co-creation.

Creation of a learning environment that promotes competence development among all employees.

Design and facilitation of the onboarding process for new leaders.

Development of effective and relevant onboarding material for new employees.

Participation in the development of change processes, including the implementation of sustainable initiatives.
Qualifications:

Competencies in change management or organizational development.

Ability to work interdisciplinary and engage employees at all levels.

Knowledge of Greenlandic and Danish is required; English skills are an advantage.

Criminal record:
This position is subject to the law on the obligation to obtain a criminal record. According to the law, employment can only begin once the municipality has received a criminal record. We would therefore like to point out that the start date can only be agreed upon once the municipality has received the criminal record from the Police.
Salary and employment conditions:
Salary and employment conditions are in accordance with the applicable agreement between the Government of Greenland, in accordance with the agreement/collective agreement in force at the time of appointment between the Government of Greenland and the relevant negotiating organization.
The employment will be subject to a 3-month probation period.
