Royal Greenland is seeking a Project Manager who can successfully drive projects to completion and ensure that our electrical installations comply with current legislation. The position is located in Greenland and can be held from either our headquarters in Nuuk or one of our factories, possibly in Sisimiut, Maniitsoq, or Ilulissat.

Royal Greenland is seeking a Project Manager who can successfully drive projects to completion and ensure that our electrical installations comply with applicable legislation. The position is located in Greenland and can be held from either our headquarters in Nuuk or at one of our factories, possibly in Sisimiut, Maniitsoq, or Ilulissat.
Your role
You will become a key person in our project organization. Here, you will be responsible for both leading projects and ensuring that Royal Greenland maintains its electrical authorization — an area of great importance for our operations and safety.
You work closely with technical managers, factory leaders, colleagues in the department, and external partners. The projects vary widely, but what they have in common is that they require structure, overview, and the ability to get things done.
What are you going to do?
Your everyday life will be varied, practical, and close to the business. You will act as a link between technology, operations, and suppliers — and you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed correctly, safely, and on time.
Project management & progress

Ensure that projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

Collaboration with technical managers in Greenland to ensure legal and correct installations.

Engage in dialogue with suppliers and subcontractors.

Follow up on standards, quality, and progress

Manage Royal Greenland's electrical authorization

Ensure that installations comply with applicable legislation.

Work within the framework of the electrical authorization regulation

Collaboration with quality, health & safety, and other departments
-
Involve factory and technical managers in projects
-
Contribute to a strong professional environment in the project team.

Request subcontractors in consultation with the nearest manager.

Ensure compliance with legislation and standards in the electrical field.
You have a technical background and experience with projects — and you thrive on taking responsibility, creating structure, and ensuring progress.
In addition, we would like you to:

is trained as a marine engineer or electrical installer

has completed the electrical authorization test

can work in AutoCAD and the Office suite

Good Greenlandic skills will be highly valued, just as good Danish is also a clear advantage. English is a must.
