It is not a requirement that you have a legal background, only that you have organizational skills, a willingness to take on new tasks, and a desire to contribute to consolidating and developing the Greenlandic law education.
The responsibility for the law program is placed in the Department of Law. Employees anchored in the department are therefore expected to contribute to both the development and administration of the education, as well as research projects related to the education.
There are currently about 70 students enrolled in the rapidly growing law program. Therefore, there is a need for a research assistant for development and administrative tasks in the department. The position is initially full-time, but part-time can be arranged.
As both full-time and part-time employees are expected to be available for the students at Ilisimatusarfik and to engage in collegial collaboration, it is expected that you have or will establish residence in Greenland.

Qualification requirements: Holds a relevant higher education degree at the master's level.

Has knowledge of Greenland and the Greenlandic society.

Has experience in planning and coordinating logistics for travel.

Has skills in communication and coordination and written production.

Trilingual in Greenlandic, Danish, and English is an advantage, but not a requirement.
