Juniorklub Nuannersoq in Aasiaat is seeking an assistant for the leisure club for 3rd-7th grade students. We are looking for a responsible and committed individual for a permanent 40-hour work week.
Kommune Qeqertalik, Aasiaat, Juniorklub Nuannersoq is looking to hire an assistant starting February 1, 2026, or by agreement. Juniorklub Nuannersoq is a leisure club for 3rd-7th grade students. It is open from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM on weekdays and from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM in the evenings on weekdays.
Conditions at Juniorklub Nuannersoq:
· The position at Juniorklub is a permanent job of 40 hours per week.
· Juniorklub Nuannersoq operates under the management of the TIMI TARNI department.
Requirements for the applicant:
· Someone who is responsible, committed, and flexible.
· Someone who can remain calm in stressful situations, is adaptable in their work approach, collegial, and stable. Physically and mentally healthy, open, and approachable.
· Someone who can work according to the goals and action plans of Juniorklub Nuannersoq.

Criminal record and child certificate: This position is subject to the law requiring a criminal record and child certificate. According to the law, employment can only begin once the municipality has received satisfactory criminal and child certificates. Therefore, we must note that the start date can only be agreed upon once the municipality has received the child certificate from the national police and the criminal record from the police.
The child certificate is obtained by the municipality with the consent of the individual, while the criminal record is obtained by the individual from the police.
