The Agency for Digitisation is seeking an application support specialist to work with the F2 journaling system. You will assist users, resolve support tasks, and improve workflows. Knowledge of F2 is an advantage, but not a requirement, as thorough training is provided. The position requires IT-related education or experience, as well as good collaboration skills.
Become an application supporter – and make a difference for Greenland's public administration!
Are you passionate about helping others, working with IT systems, and making everyday life easier for your colleagues?
Then we have a job where your effort makes a real difference – every single day.
The Danish Agency for Digitization is seeking an application supporter who is interested in working with the documentation system F2, which is used daily by approximately 1,000 employees in the Government of Greenland's central administration.
You do not need to know F2 in advance. Familiarity with the system is an advantage, but we provide thorough training regardless of your starting point. What does the job entail?
-
As an application supporter, you will be part of a small, professionally strong team that works closely together on a daily basis. Your primary tasks will be to: Assist and guide users in their daily work in F2.
-
Solve smaller daily support tasks in collaboration with users and suppliers.
-
Teach and assist users in how to use the system most effectively.
-
Help improve workflows and the quality of data and documentation.
-
In addition, you will continuously assist the F2 Product Owner and team with: Supporting established processes, upskilling, and workflows, so that F2 is used consistently and optimally within the organization.
-
Be involved in developing and maintaining teaching and training materials (e.g., guides, e-learning, and hands-on instruction)
-
Contribute to the further development of the system by solving tasks in collaboration with the team and the system's Product Owner.
You will work closely with both IT, the business, and external partners – and you will gain great insight and experience in how digitalization supports governmental work in practice. Who are you?
-
We imagine that you: Have an IT-related or other relevant education – or practical experience
-
Enjoy working both independently and in a team.
-
Is welcoming, service-minded, and thrives on helping others.
-
Works in a structured manner and maintains an overview – even when there are many inquiries.
-
Motivated by making a difference and creating value for others' workday.
-
Has an interest in IT, systems, and digital workflows
-
Proficient in Danish and English, preferably Greenlandic.
-
Has a clean criminal record
-
The most important thing is your motivation, curiosity, and desire to learn – not that you know everything from day one. What do we offer you? A meaningful job in an organization with great societal significance.
-
Thorough introduction and training tailored to your skills
-
A daily life with great variation, responsibility, and influence
-
An informal and helpful working environment
-
Close collaboration with skilled and dedicated colleagues
-
Opportunity for professional development within IT, support, and digitization.
