We are looking for a service-minded and structured customer consultant for the Order department in the Customers & Services division. You will work with processing teleproduct orders, creating and modifying subscriptions, and maintaining customer data. Additionally, you will provide internal support to Field Service and store staff, ensuring that orders are processed correctly and efficiently.
About the job
We are looking for a service-minded and structured customer consultant for the Order department in the Customers & Services division.
As a customer consultant, you will become an important part of our daily operations, where you ensure professional customer service for Tusass' private and business customers.
You will work with processing teleproduct orders, creating and modifying subscriptions, as well as maintaining customer data.
In addition, you provide internal support to Field Service and store staff, ensuring that orders are processed correctly and efficiently – with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
Your qualifications
We imagine that you:

Has experience in customer service and thrives on direct customer contact.

Communicates clearly and professionally in Greenlandic, Danish, and English – both orally and in writing.

Is good at solving problems and making decisions quickly and effectively.

Shows empathy and patience in dialogue with customers.

Can multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy everyday life

Has technical understanding and can collaborate with both internal and external partners.

Is flexible and willing to support tasks across departments when the need arises.
