The integrated institution Paarsisor in Ittoqqortoormiit is looking for a pedagogue or similar.

The Integrated Institution Paarsisor is designated for 30 children aged 0-3 years and 3-6 years. The staff ratio is 9 staff members distributed as follows: leader, deputy leader, 1 educator, 2 childcare and social assistants, 3 helpers, and 1 kitchen assistant.

Paarsisor is open from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Criminal and Child Certificate:

The position is covered by the law on the obligation to obtain criminal and child certificates. According to the law, employment can only begin when the municipality has received satisfactory criminal and child certificates. We must therefore point out that the start date can only be agreed upon once the municipality has received the child certificate from the National Police, as well as the criminal certificate from the Police. The child certificate is obtained by the municipality with the consent of the individual, while the criminal certificate is obtained by the individual from the Police.

Salary and employment conditions:

Salary and employment conditions are in accordance with the applicable agreement between the Government of Greenland, in accordance with the agreement/collective agreement in force at the time of appointment between the Government of Greenland and the relevant negotiating organization.

The employment will be subject to a 3-month probation period.

Housing:

A staff housing can be provided for the position, for which a deposit and rent, utilities, etc. will be paid according to the current rules for rent payment in the Greenland Self-Government and the municipality's properties in Greenland. If permanent staff housing cannot be made available immediately upon commencement, employees entitled to temporary housing will be offered a temporary accommodation, for which rent, utilities, etc. will be paid in accordance with the above. The start date is dependent on when a staff housing is available. A relocation travel allowance and moving expenses are provided in accordance with applicable regulations.
