2 Child and Social Care Assistants for Paarsisor

Integrated Institution Paarsisor is designated for 30 children aged 0-2 and 3-6 years. The staff ratio is 9 personnel distributed as follows: leader, deputy leader, 1 educator, 2 child and social care assistants, 2 helpers, 1 cleaning lady, and 1 kitchen assistant.

Paarsisor is open from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

The Institutions Department offers ongoing training tailored to the daycare environment and the leadership team.

Criminal and Child Certificate:

The position is covered by the law on the obligation to obtain a criminal record and child certificate. According to the law, employment can only begin once the municipality has received a satisfactory criminal record and child certificate. We would therefore like to point out that the start date can only be agreed upon once the municipality has received the child certificate from the national police and the criminal record from the police.

The child certificate is obtained by the municipality with the consent of the individual, while the criminal record is obtained by the individual from the police.

Salary and employment conditions:

Salary and employment conditions are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement between the Government of Greenland, in accordance with the agreement/collective agreement in force at the time of commencement between the Government of Greenland and the relevant negotiating organization.

The employment will be subject to a 3-month probation period.

Housing:

No staff housing can be provided for the position.
